Google to pay SpaceX $920 million a month for compute

A SpaceX filing with the SEC, reported June 5, 2026, says Google will pay $920 million per month from October 2026 through June 2029 for about 110,000 Nvidia GPUs. Either side can end it on 90 days' notice after December 31, 2026.
