The H200 is a Hopper-generation Nvidia AI GPU with more memory than the H100. Data Center Frontier reported on November 20, 2024 that xAI planned to double Colossus to 200,000 GPUs using H200s; the report's labeling of the chip is inconsistent, so treat the model as reported.
